Wood

Wood was a gateway to the creation of volume. Easy to understand, a first approach was naturally made through the waste found around the corner. However, the use of machined materials offers a wider range. The chaotic accumulation of planks, the natural grain of the slabs, the graphic assembly of beams, the superposition of plywood, the curvatures of the cork are visible from fields of experimentation offered by this natural and warm material. This research is constantly evolving as much in the continuity of the mediums already used as by the discovery of new form of machining. Wood was a gateway to create volumes. Easy to handle, a first approach was naturally made through the waste found around the corner. However, the use of processed wood offers a wider range. Chaotic accumulation of planks, natural veining of slabs, graphic assembly of beams, layering of plywood, curvatures of cork are all fields of experimentation offered by this natural and warm material. This research is constantly evolving, both in the continuity of the mediums already used and in the discovery of new forms of machining.
